Result and Definition of Fornication
Fornication is an evil spirit.
Hosea 4:12
And he needs soul and body to commit adultery.
What is the meaning of adultery?
1. He who merely looks at a woman with lustful eyes has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
2. Having sex with any man or woman before marriage is adultery.
3. It is adultery to have sex with someone other than your husband or wife.
4. Sexuality is adultery.
5. Lust is adultery.
6. To love before marriage is adultery.
7. Speaking or seeing or hearing about sexuality or lust or sexual things is adultery.
8. Accepting someone other than your master as your master is adultery.
9. Greed of any kind is similar to adultery and adultery is similar to idolatry.
10. Adultery is like a terrible wine.
11. To betray is adultery.
Definition :
“Fornication” is sexual intercourse between a man and a woman outside of marriage. This is against God's plan. In Old English Bible it is called fornication.
- The term refers to any sexual relationship against the will of God, including homosexuality and pornography.
- One type of immorality is adultery, which is sexual intercourse, typically by a married person with another person who is not their partner.
- Another immoral is prostitution in which money is paid for sex.
- The word is used symbolically for Israel's idolatry which is unfaithfulness to God.
Fornication is a translation of the Greek word pornia, from which we get the modern word pornography, meaning "obscenity". Pornia means "sexual perversion". In Greek literature during the New Testament period, pornia was used to refer to marriage, premarital fornication, prostitution, incest, and idolatry. It is used 25 times in the New Testament, often translated as "fornication".
- It is appropriate to use the word in the translation of its symbolic use because unfaithfulness to God and unfaithfulness in sex are common comparisons in the Bible.
Definition of "prostitute" and "adulterer"
Both of these words refer to a man who commits adultery for money or for religious rituals. Prostitutes were mostly women but there were also men.
- In the Bible the word "harlot" is sometimes used figuratively to refer to a person who is an idolater or a witch.
- To “commit fornication” means to commit immoral sexual acts akin to a courtesan. In the Bible, this expression is also used for idol worshipers.
- To “be an adulterer” means to engage in immoral sex or to be unfaithful to God by symbolically worshiping gods and goddesses.
What is the result of adultery ?
1. The adulterer commits sin or offence against his own body, against the family, against his children.
2. The cause of his illness and the illness of his children and his wife.
3. Poverty does not leave him behind.
4. There is no progress in his life.
5. remains a victim of failure and defeat.
6. Causes the death of one or the other in his or her family.
7. Stress and anxiety and unrest do not go away from the family or from his life.
8. Christ Jesus said, the one who commits sin is the slave of sin. John 8:34
9. One who commits adultery becomes one with the soul of the adulterer.
10. And a marriage-like agreement is made with the soul who commits adultery. This soul does not leave her side even after marriage.
11. He who commits adultery sells his soul to the devil in exchange for fornication.
12. And he is sold to sin. The devil is the father of whoever commits sin and he gets trapped in many more sins.
13. Fornication is the weapon of the devil with which he destroys the temple of God.

Acts 15:20
It is said, “Food is for the stomach and stomach is for the food.” But God will destroy both of them. And our bodies are also not meant for sexual incest but for the service of the Lord. And the Lord is there for the welfare of our body.
1 Corinthians 6:13
Do you not know that all your bodies are members of Christ? So shall I make the parts of Christ the parts of a prostitute? It should not be so! Don't you realize that he who is attached to a prostitute becomes one with her? Because God has said, "The two will become one flesh." Run away from prostitute! Other sins committed by a man do not affect his body but the one who commits prostitution commits sin against his own body.

But to avoid adultery, every man should have his own wife and every woman should have her own husband.

The matter of marriage should be respected and the marriage bed should never be defiled because God will punish adulterers and adulterers.
Hebrews 13:4
In the manner in which Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, which became like them fornication and went after other people's flesh, are examples by falling into eternal punishment of fire. (Gen. 19:4-25, Deut. 29:23, 2 Pet. 2:6)
Jude 1:7
Similarly, I want to remind you that Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities committed sexual incest like these messengers and kept running after unnatural sex. He was punished to be thrown into the unquenchable fire. They are set up as examples for us.

1 Corinthians 10:8
But I have a few things to say against you, because there are some among you who follow the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the Israelites, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit fornication. (2 Pet. 2:15, Num. 31:16)
Revelation 2:14
the fornicators , the sorcerers, the idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone: this is the second death.” (Eph. 5:5, 1 Cor. 6:9, 10)
